رینگ ختنه

1-An incision is made in the top of the foreskin.

2-The plastibel is placed over the head of the penis and the foreskin

is pulled over the plastibel.

3-A suture is tied around the foreskin over the tieing groove in the plastibel , Excess skin beyond the suture
is trimmed away.The plastibel falls
off 3-7 days later.

1- یوضع فتق علی قلفة القضیب

2- توضع حلقة بلاستیکیة (Ring or plastibell)

رأس القضیب . ثم تمد القلفة علی هذه الحلقة البلاستیکیة

3- تتعقد خیاطة علی أطراف قلفة القضیب ،

خلف أخدود معقود ثم تقطع قلفة مضافة وراء الخیاطة

فتقع الحقة البلاستیکیة بعد ثلاثه أیام حتی سبعة أیام.
